Wonderful stay! This was our second time this year staying at the condo and we loved our stay again. Condo is well equipped with anything you could possibly need for your stay. Great location! Very clean! Close to walmart !! Over looking the beach. Great place to sit and drink coffee in the mornings on balcony listening to the waves.. Would recommend this property.

This was the perfect condo for a week long family vacation! The condo offers a great view and location close to many restaurants and stores. If we return to the area we would definitely stay again.

Great stay at Lynn’s AirBnB for our Thanksgiving holiday!
Beyond good communication with Lynn, a clean and comfortable condo on the beach, the office management was fantastic! Pat King’s hospitality was a treasure! My family felt we mattered. Cheers!

Everything was just as pictured. The condo was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great. The older kids could go on the beach and we could watch them from the balcony while the pool was just a couple minutes walk for the littles. Restaurants/shopping were all close by. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stay at Romar House condos every year and rent various units. This has been our favorite so far and we plan to rent it again!
Everything we needed was available and easy to find. The master shower head was wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at Lynn & Aaron’s condo! We’ve stayed at many condos/homes over the last 14 years, and this was one of the nicest. The other reviews stated it was fully stocked, and wow that was SO true. There are enough beach towels, toys, chairs, and umbrellas that you do not need to bring that stuff. I contacted the owner a couple of times during our trip, and they responded immediately and so kind/helpful. The Romar House beach is truly private. Beach security checks to make sure you are staying on the property to access the beach. We appreciated this, because our beach was not packed like the condos on both sides. The next time we come to Orange Beach, I will definitely stay at this condo again!

Condo was very well appointed. Granite, ceramic tile in kitchen, living room, dining room, hallways. Cool showers. Carpet in the bedrooms. High end appliances, everything provided. I wanted for nothing and was very comfortable. Stay here if you get a chance!

This was an all around great experience, the home was beautiful, clean & felt very homey!
Lyn was an amazing host, we had a couple accidents while staying in the home with our toddler breaking a glass item & she was so understanding about the situation i was still able to enjoy the vacation without any worries. 10/10 would recommend this stay!

Beautiful, comfortable unit. Two bedrooms and bath are separated from master to give more privacy. Owner provides lots of unexpected extras like games, books, spices for cooking, crock pot, ice maker, beach towels and even beach chairs and cart in a separate storage area. Beach is wide and private to Romar House guests only. Two pools provided, with one going from 3-9 feet. Also, it’s across the street from our favorite seafood restaurant (Doc’s). We loved our stay and will be back.

“We just got back from staying in this beautiful condo. The pictures really do not do it justice... it is tastefully decorated, large, and literally has everything that you could possibly need during your stay. From beach towels to beach chairs, a wine cooler and ice machine- they have it all! Everything was spotless and is clearly well maintained. The spacious balcony and view out to the beach couldn't be better. It is completely unobstructed and feels very private. We enjoyed eating meals and watching the stars while we sat outside. The beach itself is perfect... white sand, clean, easy to access, and they have beach chairs and umbrellas that you can rent (although we never did because the owners have an awesome stash of beach supplies already there). Other great perks are the designated parking spot and the fact that it is a gated community. We felt very safe. The property is located directly across the street from some excellent restaurants, and just down the street there is an arcade, mini golf, and tons of shopping which our family really enjoyed. Publix is about 3 minutes away, and there are also tons of other restaurants and ice cream shops. To get to Gulf Shores is only a ten minute drive. For the history buff, the USS Alabama battleship is only an hour away in Mobile. You just can't ask for a better location. Lynn was very easy to work with and quick to respond. We honestly don't have a single complaint and will definitely be back. We loved it. Thanks, Lynn!”

This condo was even nicer than we anticipated. The Romar complex was gated and we felt super safe. The unit was beautiful and we heard absolutely no noise from neighbors through the walls or from above. The grounds and pool area very clean. one note though, the gym is closed due to storm damage for another 6 to 8 weeks. they did have few non electric pieces of equipment in the community room. Had to go to the office and check out the key. The separate ice machine in the kitchen was pleasant surprise. The two restaurants across the street were good. We enjoyed Live Bait so much, we had dinner there 3 times. If you have the chance, go Wednesday for the beef tenderloin special. $14 for one of the best steaks we've ever had. The staff was friendly all around. And the beach... we couldn't ask for better access and it was very clean. Thanks Lynn.

This property was perfect, high enough for a wonderful view! It was so clean and comfortable. Call dibs on the master bedroom immediately LOL! The shower is awesome! The beautiful balcony overlooks the private beach, both surrounding properties were crowded and this beach was not. The beach staff was even great, very nice and there’s a security officer to make sure only people staying there are there. This place is close to restaurants and other things to do. Book it! No need to look anywhere else. The owners were wonderful about communicating with us to let us know about service things being done. Even the exiting process was a breeze. I will be coming back and telling any of my friends headed this way to stay here! Thank you Corey family for sharing your property with my family!

The whole family was amazed by this condo. The ocean view was beautiful. I could really tell the owner loves and respects this condo. When I booked it I was hesitant for lack of reviews, but i took a chance and it paid off. We have booked several condos in the past and this one is the only one that I absolutely plan to book again. The owners have thought of everything from beach chairs to beach towels. We literally could have brought food and cloths! The owners were easy to reach and prompt. It was a painless experience!

This condo is luxurious and great for families with kids. The master suite is great, the kids loved the bunk beds. Also, easy access to Publix, Walmart and other stores if you needed anything. It is safe with gated access only. Beach views from the condo balcony are excellent and getting to the beach or the heated pool is just right a few steps from the elevators. We had a great time!

We have been going to the beach for 20+ years and this condo was by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed at. The view was beautiful and the beach and pools weren’t crowded like the condos in either side of us. The condo had everything from beach towels, toys, chairs, even spices that we needed for cooking. It felt like we were staying at a family members condo. I highly recommend and we will definitely be staying here again !!!

This place had it all...all of the kids and adults were spoiled all week. Such a beautiful view, kitchen was immaculate, and so much extra beach equipment that was provided for us. Parking was super smooth but most of all the location was surrounded with things to do. Such a great trip. Lynn was such a great host! Strongly recommend 705B:)

The condo is so nice and the balcony and view is probably one of the best I’ve seen! We loved our stay here. They have so much furnished too, you could literally bring your clothes and groceries and everything else would be there. The beach closet had tons of chairs and toys and we joked the kitchen even had a “junk drawer” like us with scissors, batteries and just different odds and ends you might need.
The only couple of negatives were the beds were a little harder than we’d like and we woke up stiff the first couple of mornings. Also one other thing that is no ones fault, was the first night we were there it came a huge storm so the parking lot entry and the road in front of the condo was closed down from flooding. I had a hard time making it back in from getting our groceries. So just something to think about as far as weather goes and what you drive if that was to happen. Would definitely stay here again though, Lynn answered all my questions in a timely manner!

My wife, daughter and I had a fantastic stay. The condo was roomy, clean, and a great location in regard to being right on the beach and proximity to stores, restaurants, and bars. I'm a musician and there are a ton of live music venues in the area...and the talent is fantastic. (I was vaccinated for Covid before our trip so was able to venture out). We highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Everything about our stay was outstanding! We loved how well-appointed the entire condo was. Lynn has gone the extra mile to make sure everything we needed was available. This did not feel like a rental. It is the extras (separate ice maker, granite countertops, wine frig., etc.) that make this one of the best places we have stayed. It felt like we were in our own home. The view is amazing from the balcony and master bedroom. Access to the beach is so convenient. We will definitely plan on returning in the future.

Beautiful Beach-Front Property

The condo is absolutely gorgeous with every amenity you might imagine for a relaxing vacation with your family. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The beaches are white sand with blue waters. The large covered balcony was a perfect space to view the ocean and listen to the waves. Lynn and Corey were very responsive when we were attempting to find a reasonable space to part our oversized RV. They did the research and came up with multiple options -- including offering to pay half of the cost for a rental vehicle so that we could still get around easily without easy access to the RV. You will not be dissapointed by this condo!! It is gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!! The owners are wonderful hosts! :)

My daughters and I travel frequently and used VRBO for the first time ever staying at this property. The owners were outstanding, check in was a breeze, the condo was more than what we had hoped for. We will definitely be booking this place again.

Our stay at CoraBama went beyond our expectations. This condo is an excellent choice for so many reasons: 1. The condo itself was clean upon arrival and the aesthetics at the condo went beyond what was expressed in the photographs. The kitchen was fully furnished and we loved the ice machine. 2. Whenever we wanted to communicate with the owners, they responded in a timely fashion. 3. The view and proximity to the beach was amazing. We enjoyed many gorgeous sunsets. We did not use the pools because of the time of year, but they were well kept in the off season. The property was gated so we felt very secure. 4. It was a superb location. We were less than 5 minutes from 3 groceries stores and also less than 5 minutes from the state park where we enjoyed the hiking and bike trials. We would definitely use this property in the future and will tell our friends about it.

This place is so amazing. I’m so glad i booked here. The location was perfect we didn’t have to drive more than one mile to get to all the stores yes even Walmart.. it was right on the beach And the views are unforgettable.. The space was perfect way bigger than I expected. Perfect for families. I’m still blown away and we cant wait to book again.
